How can I book a service?

You can book directly through our website or WhatsApp. Choose your service (boarding, daycare, grooming, etc.), select your slot, and confirm your pet’s details.Walk-ins are accepted only for grooming and dog park sessions, depending on availability. For boarding or daycare, advance booking is required.

How big is your facility?

Our campus is spread over 1 acre of lush green land, featuring:

• Spacious rooms, grooming zones, and shaded rest areasYour pet gets space to run, explore, and relax — never a cramped kennel experience.

Can my pet get a single room?

Yes, single-room boarding is available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

How many pets share one room?

Each room is spacious enough to accommodate up to two large-breed dogs. We pair dogs based on temperament and size.If your dog doesn’t adjust with another, we may offer a private room (if available) or reserve the right to refuse the stay for safety.

What if I pick up my dog after the scheduled time?

Late pickups beyond your booked time are charged at ₹100 per hour. We recommend informing our team in advance if you expect any delay.

Do you provide regular photo or video updates?

Yes! We share WhatsApp updates with photos, videos, and short notes so you can stay connected with your pet during their stay.

What happens in case of a medical emergency?

In any emergency, our trained team takes immediate action. We have on-call veterinarians and tie-ups with nearby clinics.You will be contacted right away, and we proceed as per the vet’s advice. All medical costs are billed to the pet parent.

What should I bring when dropping off my pet?

Please bring:
• Your pet’s updated vaccination record (mandatory)
• Food or medication, if applicable
• A familiar toy or blanket to make your pet feel at home
We provide bedding, bowls, meals, and filtered water.

Are vaccinations mandatory?

Yes. All pets must have valid vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). No exceptions, for everyone’s safety.

What if my pet is not friendly with others?

We conduct a brief behavior check. If your dog shows signs of aggression or severe anxiety, we may arrange a private room (if available).In rare cases where safety is at risk, we reserve the right to refuse boarding.

What kind of meals do you provide? Can I bring my own?

We offer freshly prepared, vet-approved meals customized to your pet’s taste and dietary needs.You’re welcome to bring your own food if your pet follows a specific diet.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in are fully refundable or can be rescheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a small charge.

Do you offer pick-up and drop services?

Yes! Our Pet Taxi Service offers safe, air-conditioned, and sanitized rides with trained handlers. Ideal for daycare, grooming, or vet appointments.

What if my pet has special needs or medications?

No worries — just share your vet’s instructions with us. Our staff can administer basic medication and provide extra care as needed.

Do you provide 24/7 supervision?

Yes! Our staff is available around the clock. The entire facility is equipped with CCTV cameras, and night staff ensures pets are monitored and comfortable at all times.

What makes your Dog Park special?

Our Dog Park & Pool area offers open green spaces for off-leash play, agility activities, and swim sessions. Each session allows 1 pet + 2 humans, ensuring fun and safety under supervision.

Can puppies join daycare or training?

Yes, puppies over 3 months old (with completed vaccinations) are welcome. We offer gentle puppy socialization and basic training programs.

What does your grooming service include?

Our grooming covers:
• Bathing & brushing
• Nail clipping
• Ear cleaning
• Tick/flea treatment
• Optional spa & coat care
We only use pet-safe, hypoallergenic products.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome for grooming and park sessions. For boarding, daycare, or training, please book in advance to ensure availability.

What happens during a typical day at daycare?
